Our classes welcome everyone, regardless of fitness level, or yoga experience. Your teacher will help you to take your practice where you’d like to go. Please talk with us if you have any questions, or physical limitations, and we will recommend a class for you. Please remember, it’s YOUR practice — your best teacher resides within you. We ask you to listen to your body and adjust your practice to fit your needs.
** Non heated or “lightly” heated classes. A lightly heated class may begin with some additional heat in the room at the instructor’s discretion or depending on the day’s weather. The heat will be adjusted by the instructor, and we ask that students do not attempt to adjust the heat.
Vinyasa Flow– This class involves sequential movements linking postures by breath. It will begin with many Sun Salutations to warm the body. This upbeat, creative yoga practice, seamlessly linking breath and movement, will keep you present as you learn to move gracefully in and out of poses. This class is very challenging, adding a combination standing postures and floor work. While focusing on breath connection, strength and endurance. Heat 85-90. All Levels Class. 60 Minutes.
Slow Flow– Strong as you want, gentle as you want: so many options. This is a slower version of vinyasa flow. This class is offered with many modifications to the Vinyasa class. Modifications taught and encouraged. Use of props to support your practice. Internal awareness. Breathing in. Breathing out. Coming home. Classical yoga practice and personal embodiment. Pleasure and fun. Breathing. Moving. Smiling. Warm . 60 Minutes.
Dynamic Flow– This class is a very creative and challenging class. Move seamlessly between postures in this faster-paced, free-flowing, strong form of yoga. The Asanas vary from time to time creating change in the students practice. While focusing on alignment, and breath connection; this class helps build strength, endurance and increase flexibility. Sweat it out working mind and body, breathing deeply to fill your lungs with air and a sense of calm. Heat 85-93. All Levels Class. 60 Minutes.
HOT TIMPI SEQUENCE – This class focuses on breath work and alignment. It will involve two breathing exercise moving meditation requiring discipline and developing self-awareness. This class systematically stretches, strengthens and balances your body using a set sequence of held poses. Challenging at first, then enjoyable, the heat and consistency of the poses will take you into a moving meditation while strengthening, detoxifying, and opening your entire body. Come try it, yes, definitely more than once! Get ready to less stress and more sweat!! Heat 95-100 All Levels Class. 60 Minutes.
YIN – Enjoy an all levels class of a slow flow Vinyasa plus yin poses to open the body. Spend 20 minutes moving your body through a slow flow series and 40 minutes focusing on various yin poses. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body – the tendons, fascia, and ligaments – with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Yin poses are held for longer periods of time – up to five minutes. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality. Yin Yoga is a very still practice with the focus to calm the mind and increase flexibility. Heat 85-90 All Levels Class. 60 Minutes.
